You had major damage done to your vocal chords, but a doctor says he can do surgery so that you will be able to have a vocabulary of five words. You get to choose which words you want to have the ability to say -- what would they be?

This is awesome! I would chose "love you", "hungry" "tired" and "bathroom". (It probably doesn 't matter for me because I know ASL. hehehe)
