Identify your topic FIRST
Ive recently noticed that many people start a sentence that is
intended to involve a topic of their choosing without first identifying the
topic. Thats like starting in the middle of a sentence. How is your
listener to follow your information or your intentions if they do not
first have a category with which to place it or connect.
Ive also noticed that people sometimes let their sentence trail off
into a very soft, therefore indistinguishable message.
RULE ONE
First identify your topic or your intentions, BEFORE you get
into your intentions or your aspirations.
RULE TWO
.When you complete your sentence
.STOP and listen to the
response BEFORE you continue. If you fail to get the reactions, how can you
possibly know where to go next.
NOTE
Never..never ...never fail to follow these two procedures or pay
the price of frustration because your message was a complete failure.
