no , I dont think a mother in law should try to take away their grand child from their parents unless she absolutely had indisputable evidence that the child was in fact being neglected or abused !

i totally agree with stef!!! no-one at all should be able to do that unless they have got hard core evidence and the child has owned up to be abused without looking or sounding scared to anyone
